Our examples of typical tasks are divided into five areas.

The area IT projects covers questions which arise within the context of the preparation, execution and acceptance of IT projects. It also includes a status assessment and the evaluation of difficulties.

The Systems complex contains aspects related to the commercial evaluation of systems and system components. Special focus is set on consulting services for IT investments. The individual services are also available as packages.

The area Proofs and proceedings refers to the experts' forensic activities. Application examples range from the preservation of evidence via back-up and analysis services to an extensive litigation support from a technical point of view.

The Software technology complex covers the evaluation of development processes inclusive of the documentation and the technology used and of services in connection with development testing and acceptance.

Problems that cannot be assigned to one of the preceding areas have been summarized under the item miscellaneous. Currently, this item includes aspects of contract design from a technical point of view and organizational measures required for the application of information technology to avoid liability problems.
